Hollis Bourne-Frye graduated from Radford University in 2016 with a BFA in Dance, Choreography, and the Performing Arts — and spent the years that followed experiencing firsthand what no one talks about: what happens after the degree. With over 30 years of training and performance experience behind her, and nearly a decade in business management and operations across multiple industries, she watched the gap between trained dance talent and real professional opportunity stay wide open.
CDA was built to close it. Not just for her — but for every adult dancer who graduated with real skills and found that the industry's network only goes so far unless you already know someone.
